Position summary: Creates a positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service and by performing consultative selling of T-Mobile products and services.

 

Qualifications required:

  • High school diploma or GED

 

Qualifications desired:

  • Sales experience in a retail environment

 

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Performing consultative selling and service on the sales floor during retail hours which includes evenings and weekends
  • Keeps abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile standards and technology
  • Cultivates positive customer relationships
  • Ensures that the customer’s store experience is interactive, engaging and reassuring
